Mountainfilm Partners with SustainaFest & Premieres 2012 Films in Telluride Festival

May 31, 2012 – Annapolis, MD – Started in 1979, Mountainfilm in Telluride is one of America’s longest-running film festivals. This award-winning program screens independent documentary films from around the world and highlights critical issues facing our planet. Given the strong alignment of the SustainaFest and Mountainfilm missions, it made complete sense for the two organizations to partner in pursuit of our mutual goals.

Key School, Living Classrooms Foundation and Washington College Join SustainaFest Founders Group

April 15, 2012 – Annapolis, MD – SustainaFest is pleased to announce three new members of our Founders Group. Key School, an independent K-12 school based in Annapolis, Maryland, is founded upon the conviction that children are innately curious about themselves and the world; they want to learn, they want to discover, and they want to create. Living Classrooms Foundation is a Baltimore-based organization that strengthens communities and inspires young people to achieve their potential through hands-on education and job training, using urban, natural, and maritime resources as “living classrooms.” Washington College ranks among the nation’s premier liberal arts colleges and is located on the scenic Chester River in Chestertown, Maryland.
