Join SustainaFest and the Chesapeake Bay Trust on Tuesday, June 10th at 6:00 PM for a special screening of Back to Camp 41, followed by a panel discussion that brings global lessons home to the Chesapeake Bay.

As you know, Back to Camp 41 follows the journey to the heart of the Amazon rainforest to honor the legacy of the late Dr. Thomas Lovejoy, the “Godfather of Biodiversity.” It’s a moving tribute and a wake-up call – one that illuminates what’s at stake in ecosystems around the world, including right here in the Chesapeake Bay.

Following the film, we’ll host a panel of distinguished voices in conservation, science, and storytelling to explore the urgent importance of biodiversity in Bay restoration – and actions needed to protect it. Attendees will then have the opportunity to engage directly with featured speakers, connect with fellow attendees who share a passion for sustainability, and foster meaningful conversations around biodiversity and the future of the Chesapeake Bay.
